The Secretariat will have the following staff including the Executive Director:-
(a) Director of Financial Management (as Deputy Secretary) 1
(b) Director of Program Management (as Deputy Secretary) 1
(c) Director of Monitoring and Evaluation (as Deputy Secretary) 1
(d) Administrative Officer (Same as Branch Officer) 1
(e) Gender Program Officer (Same as Branch Officer) 1
(f) Computer Operator 2
(g) Accountant 1
(h) Naib Subba Administration 1
(i) Light vehicle drivers 2
(j) Office Assistant 3
(2) The work, duties and rights of the secretariat staff shall be as prescribed by the committee.
